A little SoCal flavor - Sonya Looney

After Sea Otter, we headed down to Laguna Beach to do some dealer visits and our organized ride with Crank Brothers that’s supposed to be happening today (weather permitting!). I even got to ride some more SoCal singletrack which was true to form for SoCal riding (bumpy, rutted, packed sand, but lush).

Some friends from the area (including Jordan, Chris, and Gene), Jeff, and myself saddled up near Mission Viejo and shredded some dirt. We rode Whiting, Luge, and some other trails… it can best be summed up in photos. They have had record rainfall in SoCal this year, which left lush green hills speckled with an easle color spray of vibrant flowers. I kept saying, “Wow! It’s so beautiful.”
