I’m excited to announce that my podcast, The Sonya Looney Show is now live! The podcast is about endurance training, cycling, mountain bike tips, vegan and plant-based nutrition, mindset and mental toughness, personal development, entrepreneurship, and more! Some of the shows will be me speaking about some of my experiences across the globe with co-hosts.  I will be publishing a new show every week. Thanks for being a part of it!

We cover how much protein you need as an athlete, how to get protein on a plant-based diet, if soy is good for you, processed meat, if the paleo diet is healthy, and how to use food as medicine to prevent and reverse diseases like heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.
