I really had a great time with my parents this weekend. They came up from NM to visit. The only thing that would have made it better is if my brother came with them!!

I finally got my brother’s book. It’s really great!! He wrote some very humorous and smart poems about food. It’s definitely not what you expect.

I love taking pictures, and I felt like the dinner I made last night was photo worthy. My new camera takes great photos up close! Yummmy.

Appetizer – Prosiutto Bruschetta
Ingredients: Vine-ripened tomatoes, lots of garlic, olive oil, cayenne pepper, black pepper, proscuitto di parma, garlic ciabatta
