Before I get going, I wrote a feature for MTBR called “A Taste of Costa Rica” about my trip. Read there here:

The rest of my post will be a few more photos and words about my trip.

Costa Rica never lets me down. It’s one of my favorite places to visit. I love the people, the culture, the food, the weather, the scenery — the list goes on! Costa Rica reminds me of Hawaii – you can get a couple features of the islands in one country, a more unique experience, and it’s not crazy expensive like Hawaii!! (but I still love Hawaii. In fact, I am typing this in Kauai right now!)

I wrote most of what I was doing there in my MTBR post (link above), so I’ll just continue with more photos!

If you want to try something else in Costa Rica, sign up for the Rincon de Vieja 100 miler or the Ultimate 200km next year! Tie on a beach vacay to go with it. I certainly will!!

Next up: a quick recap of my trip to North Carolina… then I was back in BC, then to Hawaii!  So much to write about, or at least post pictures!
