Mental skills and performance coaching is for anyone looking to improve their performance, confidence, happiness, focus, and self-belief. I work 1:1 with clients in sports, business, and those looking for personal development in their lives.
With my unique background as a world champion endurance mountain biker, my graduate-level training on how to be a professional coach, and over a decade of experience in mindfulness, sports, and positive psychology research, I’ve helped people find their best and have major breakthroughs in their life and performance. My personal experience with setting goals, dealing with pressure and expectations at the top of the world’s stage has given me a front-row seat to how to train the mind and what it means to be in the arena, not just read about it in studies and books.
I also offer my mindset academy online course that is geared towards cyclists. It teaches the core mental skills needed to thrive in sports and offers a self-paced workbook so you can work through your personal challenges on your own.
