With my unique background as a world champion endurance mountain biker, my graduate-level training on how to be a professional coach, and over a decade of experience in mindfulness, sports, and positive psychology research, I’ve helped people find their best and have major breakthroughs in their life and performance. Healthy striving is about playing at the intersection of high performance, health, and well-being.
My personal experience with setting process-based goals, and managing pressure and expectations at the top of the world’s stage has given me a front-row seat to how to train the mind and what it means to be in the arena, not just read about it in studies and books.
