I’m excited that 2013 is rolling. It’s going to be another big, fantastic, bright year! I habe a couple new partners I wanted to announce.

Next, I am starting with a new coach for 2013! His name is Daniel Matheny. Many of you know him. I know him from racing endurance events in Colorado. He is affiliated with Carmichael Training Systems. I’m excited to work with Daniel and CTS because they have a great wealth of knowledge and a huge base including training camps, races they go to and offer support, and have great resources for VO2/LT testing and nutrition consults. I want to take my racing to the next level, and I think that changing things up every couple years is a good way to shake up the system…hence why I decided to stop coaching myself a couple years ago. New ideas are good!
