You should consider addding the Iceman Cometh, a 27 mile point-to-point mountain bike race from Kalkaska to Traverse City, Michigan held in early November to your race schedule.
I will try to go if there is still cash money left in the bank! I have never been to Michigan and I know this event rocks. I’d love to get to it!
If you decide to give it a try … registration is on a first come, first serve basis. On-line registration for ’09 Iceman opens at 7:00 PM on Friday February 27th and fills up VERY quickly! This could be your chance to knock Amanda Carey and Heather Irmiger down a couple pegs:)
Glad to see you are doing the Firecracker 50. Hope you get the Jersey, its a tough course but a great parade.
I race it once upon a time when I first started racing. I love riding in Breck, so it’ll be fun. 🙂
