Rest

Resting is just as important is training. You simply can’t get faster without taking it easy. Sooo, this week, I’m doing some cross training – running and more yoga, a little bit of riding and a lot of time catching up on the rest of life!

I hope everyone has a very happy new year, and we’ll be back to your regularly scheduled programming when the rest week is over. 🙂

A few funnies… my particular favorite is the last one. I think the people at the end of the street could hear my boisterous laughter!! (and that goes to show ya… I AM indeed a nerd)
